Karen is a native Brunswick County resident, growing up in this area she has a lot of experience with the comings and goings of past and present growth. Karen is licensed in North and South Carolina and has decided to join her husband of 25 years (Eddy Jones) in his successful real estate career as they form a powerful Team "Team Jones". Karen has always worked in an industry that takes care of others needs, she is a people person and values relationship building. This area has always been home to Karen and she looks forward to making that dream a reality for others.

Community involvement is an area Karen believes in. Active at Camp United Methodist Church where she grew up with her grandfather as a former minister there, she continues to remain active as a leader in the Praise Band and serving in many capacities throughout the community. Karen has always had a passion for fitness and serves as the head coach for Crossfit Ocean Isle Beach where she has been helping people through functional fitness for 12 years now.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys the beach, boating, fitness, singing with her praise team and local band, golfing and sharing as many opportunities as she can with her family. She and Eddy have a daughter (Sidney) attending ECU currently and a dog baby (Fisher). Feeling blessed to grow up in this area and call it home for life makes it that much more important to help others find this place too.
