Ann is the poster child of what a real estate agent should be!  So knowledgeable and extremely helpful!  My property was just vacant land but in her hands you would think it was a multi-million property!

My experience with Ann could not have gone better.  I feel fortunate to have had her as my agent.  She went well above and beyond my expectations and is far superior to REALTORS that I have worked with in the past.  She was proactive with both understanding my needs as well as her approach to selling my home.  She showed unique initiative in the marketing of my house creating broader exposure.  She also helped orchestrate some furniture donations as I was unable to take some items with me.  I was already living about 800 miles away when the property closed.  Ann took care of every detail prior to my closing and insured a seamless transition.  I am fortunate to have met her and grateful that she was my REALTOR.   I can't recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house.  Thank you Ann!!
