Do you want to spend your evenings walking on the beach, taking your boat out, and enjoying everything the coast has to offer? I do! I grew up spending my holidays and summers visiting family in Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte, Holden Beach, Calabash, and Nakina. As someone who loves the beach, relaxation, and being out in nature I was thrilled to be able to move here. I am from Raleigh, NC but decided to move away from the extreme hustle and bustle of the city in 2017. I graduated from UNCW with a degree in Recreation Sports Leadership & Tourism Management, with a concentration in hospitality and event planning. In my free time I love to go to the beach, exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and volunteer. Going into real estate gives me the chance to help you become a part of the community I have grown to love. We met at an open house I was attending and I immediately felt at ease with her and told her what I was looking for, and after chatting more, I knew she was the REALTOR for me. She is professional with lots of patience and a sense of humor that made the experience less stressful and more enjoyable as we were on the journey to find our home. Once we were in the process of getting ready for closing she handled it all very well and communicated frequently on any concerns or updates. When there were some items that came up to be handled after the inspection and before closing she went above and beyond to do the research and find the necessary persons to get in and take care of the concerns and have it resolved in time for closing.
We had a unique situation to find a place for my dad to have space of his own, and she found a home with a guest suite including the extra kitchen and I still got my dream house with lots of space and sunlight and a deck. Thank you Hannah!
